Plinest One is a professional polynucleotide-based product by the Italian manufacturer Mastelli, designed to restore and improve skin quality. It is used in biorevitalisation programmes when the goal is to bring back skin density, elasticity and hydration.
The formula is based on the patented PN-HPT® technology (Polynucleotides Highly Purified Technology): highly purified polynucleotides at a concentration of 2 mg/ml. The product contains no hyaluronic acid.
Plinest One is used for skin laxity and loss of elasticity, dryness, stretch marks and scars, including post-acne scars. It is suitable for the face, neck, décolletage and hands, as well as body areas: abdomen, thighs and buttocks.
The standard course is 4 sessions every 7–14 days, followed by 4 more sessions every 21–30 days. The exact protocol is determined by the practitioner.
