Plinest is a professional polynucleotide-based product by the Italian manufacturer Mastelli for skin regeneration and quality improvement. It is used in biorevitalisation programmes both to prevent early signs of ageing and to work with already visible changes.
The formula is based on the patented PN-HPT® technology (Polynucleotides Highly Purified Technology): highly purified polynucleotides at a concentration of 20 mg/ml, 40 mg per syringe.
Plinest stimulates fibroblasts, supports cell renewal, microcirculation and collagen production, making the skin firmer and more even. It is used for fine lines and wrinkles, loss of tone, scars and post-acne marks, enlarged pores, puffiness and dark circles under the eyes. Treatment areas: face, neck and décolletage.
The standard course is 3–4 sessions, one every 14–21 days. The exact protocol is determined by the practitioner.
